By engaging in any sessions, workshops, courses, or programs with Lynette Chennell, you understand that the Holistic Coaching Services provided by her are alternative in nature and therefore do not necessarily fit the views, practices, and sanctions of mainstream models of practice.

Recognition is made that despite her education, knowledge, and experience, you understand that Lynette is not acting as a mental health specialist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. Nor are services intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Any physical discomfort and/or psychological stress, to the point that it is causing concern or interfering with your ability to function, is ideally attended to through consultation with the appropriate medical, psychiatric, or alternate health care practitioner.

Client Wellbeing

By actively engaging in Lynette's services, you, the Client, acknowledge and agree that Holistic Coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore many different domains of your life, including past, present, and future states, home life, work, health, and relationships. You assume complete responsibility for your understanding, use of, prioritization, and implementation of any processes and materials presented, and take full responsibility for all results recieved. You understand that you alone are voluntarily responsible for your own choices, and your own; physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. You also affirm that you will extend compassion to yourself, and others, recognizing that we all have different abilities and limitations, and need to proceed at a pace that takes into consideration our capacity to learn, process, and grow in self-awareness.

Cancellation policy

Once an appointment has been booked, should you need to cancel it, you are required to give 48 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule a session, the 48-hour rule applies. In the case of failure to attend a scheduled session, you will be charged 80% of the full session cost as your non-attendance fee.

Privacy & Confidentiality

​

By attending coaching sessions with Lynette, personal details, information, and experiences are private and confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Information will not be disclosed to a third party without your express permission.

Coaching/Mentoring Disclaimer

​

In commencing personal coaching/mentoring sessions with Lynette, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that coaching is not a substitute for clinical counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and you agree to not use your sessions as a replacement for formal therapy.

 

• You understand that all comments and ideas offered by Lynette are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving self-defined healing and personal development goals, that you yourself specify and seek to actualise. You have the ability to give informed consent, and so hereby do give such consent to Lynette to assist you along your self-healing journey.

Feedback about services provided is always welcomed and can be given during a session, or by writing to Lynette via email at lachennell@dodo.com.au  She is committed to her own healing, learning, and growing journey, and is likewise committed to providing and maintaining a high standard of practice at every level. Valid, honest feedback supports this to be achieved.
